We have featured the work of ilovedust on the site before many times, so it is only fitting to do a full studio spotlight on them! They have recently redesigned their website and have included many new projects to share:
"We are ilovedust, a multi-disciplinary design boutique. We specialise in creative solutions from graphic design and illustration to animation and trend prediction.
We ply our trade in 2 contrasting studio spaces; one located in the heart of East London, the other on the tip of the south coast. Just a short stroll from the ocean and surrounded by the rolling Hampshire countryside, our south coast team enjoy a distinct vantage point working in a former butcher’s workshop. Conversely rooted in the heart of creative hub Shoreditch, our London studio thrive on the buzz and energy of the city in a converted tool-maker’s foundry. The blend of both environments provides us with a unique and inspiring perspective.
We mix some of the best British designers along with talent from around the globe. We collaborate both in-house and with global brands, working together to create fresh, innovative design which makes up our award-winning portfolio."

The in-house design team at Dunlop created this packaging:
"Dunlop’s in-house team set about creating packaging that spoke to the
garage workshop heritage of Way Huge, but with an added bright, clean
sheen as a nod to the forward-thinking sonic voyagers brave enough to
use them. Everything in the Way Huge packaging system was designed to
look as though a garage-based entrepreneur made it in 1976. What appears
to be a “one-size-fits-all” kraft box with poorly hand-silkscreened
graphics is really a custom box with distressed artwork printed 4up on a
flexo press. The 4 artworks, while all containing the same pattern, are
rotated differently to give a random appearance when all the boxes are
viewed together. The label is designed to resemble a repurposed bumper
sticker with fluorescent colors and crappy 70’s counterculture
typefaces. Also included in the box: a printed "weathered" card that
holds two souvenir buttons."

Now that hardly anyone owns a record player, record jackets today must also serve as their own record players. Hence: audio firm, GGRP’s brilliant “cardboard record player” promotion.
Thank to Breno, who commented below, we now know that this particular record-playing cardboard package was actually developed in the late 1960s by GRN, The Global Recording Network, a Christian missionary organization. (More about their CardTalk: here)
Using this package for GGRP’s promo was apparently the idea of Geoff Dawson, associate director at Grey Vancouver who handled GGRB’s re-branding. The self-sufficient packaging makes a very low tech, yet audio-capable record player. According to Dawson, “It’s actually shocking how good the sound quality is.”
The new promo pack also has its own 1950s-style promotional video, after the jump.

Lots of beautiful packaging designed by Jessica Hische, mostly while working at Louise Fili:
"Jessica Hische is a typographer and illustrator working in Brooklyn, New York. After graduating from Tyler School of Art with a degree in Graphic Design, she worked for Headcase Design in Philadelphia before taking a position as Senior Designer at Louise Fili Ltd. While working for Louise, she continued developing her freelance career, working for clients such as Tiffany & Co., Chronicle Books, and The New York Times. In September of 2009, after two and a half years of little sleep and a lot of hand-lettering, she left Louise Fili to pursue her freelance career further. Jessica has been featured in most major design and illustration publications including Communication Arts, Print Magazine, How Magazine, The Graphis Design Annual, American Illustration and the Society of Illustrators. She was featured as one of Step Magazine’s 25 Emerging Artists, Communication Arts “Fresh”, Print Magazine’s New Visual Artists 2009 (commonly referred to as Print’s 20 under 30), and The Art Directors Club Young Guns."

New work sent in by Paul Dersidan, graphic designer based in Bucharest. This is his vinyl record design for Yvat's soon to be released Unfolded:
"It's a vinyl sleeve for the latest album of electronic music artist Yvat, which will be released by Boltfish Records UK the 29th of April.
The whole design concept was meant to contrast the heavy yet simple sound of the album.
I therefore illustrated the roughness of the sound by using neutral typography. And I chose to play with the album title "Unfolded" and blended the appeasing blue color into a minimalist design to illustrate the sound's simpleness."
